Three things I would do to build my VA Business to $100K by Xmas 

Knowing what I know now, there are so many things I could have done sooner to kick-start my VA business. Now I get to share them with you so that you can have the confidence to jump quicker than I did.
If I were starting again, here are three things I would do to build my business to $100K by Xmas.

Hire a Coach
I know it may sound cliché, and yes, I am a coach... coaches also need coaches. Personally, this is what completely changed my business. Having a supportive coach in your corner, someone who shares your vision, provides a sounding board for your ideas, answers your questions, and has walked the same path, can make a world of difference. Entrepreneurship can be a solitary journey at the start, as you search for the right people to surround yourself with. A coach can be a game-changer, propelling your business further and faster than going it alone.

Learn Strategy 
There is a strategy for absolutely everything, and once you know... business becomes very simple. Just follow the strategy. 

There is a strategy for:-
Marketing
Responding to DMs
Generating leads in FB Groups
How to show up on Zoom
Crafting the right offers 

Start spending energy on the strategies that make movements in your business, rather than getting lost in areas that don't matter just yet.

Jump Quicker 
Knowing what I know now, I would have jumped sooner. When I first started as a VA, I watched the industry for 6 months before I decided to jump in. And on reflection, knowing the strategies and having a coach to support me, I could have made a bigger impact in my business, finances, and family.
