Once known as a title of wealth is now tarnished with the reputation of a fat greedy (W)bankers. Little do people realise how the markets are changing. Do you know who purchased the most amount of property in the last year? I’ll let you into a secret it wasn’t me and it wasn’t the small landlords with a portfolio of 5, investing their hard-earned money to have a pension either. It was the big banks. We don’t see that in the media, but we do see the abundance of negativity targeted towards the smaller landlords which is putting a lot of people off of the market. Coincidence maybe? ???? ????
